Payment
Options
Before any player can
gamble with real money in the online casino, he or she must make a
deposit into a newly formed player account. If a player
chooses to download the software, they will be directed to the
cashier in order to deposit funds with a deposit method the casino
permits. Credit cards and personal internet accounts are the
most widely used, but it is the player's responsibility to choose
the deposit method that is most convenient for them.
Online Casino Credit Cards :
Using a credit card to gamble online can be a touchy matter.
Although most credit cards will decline paying funds if used for
online gambling, (by identifying the transaction with a special
code) many players have reported they were successful at getting
their credit card to go through. Sometimes this might take
several attempts, and is thus worth the try if using credit cards
is your preferred method of making deposits. Remember that
deposits can be refunded onto a credit card, but that withdrawals
of winnings cannot. For withdrawals, players may need to set
up personal internet account.
Online
Casinos at Accept Paypal :
Unfortunately there are no longer any online casinos that accept
paypal payments. Paypal was a popular and safe method for making
deposits with internet casinos until 2002, when they abruptly
stopped accepting payments dealing with online gambling sites.
Personal Internet
Accounts :
Most online casinos will offer a large selection of personal
internet accounts, also called alternative deposit methods.
There are close to twenty different methods currently recognized
by the online gambling industry, all of which have proven to be
highly safe and efficient. Some of the most popular are
NETeller, FirePay, myCitadel, wire transfers, and FirePay.
Methods like NETeller act like e-cash wallets, in that players
make deposits into their account, which they can then use to make
deposits and receive withdrawals from the online casino cashier.
Most of these personal internet accounts do not charge for making
deposits into the account, nor to make secondary deposits to
casinos. Some do charge small fees for receiving withdrawals
from a casino, although most of them don't.
Take some time to do a
little research by visiting the website of the particular method
you are interested in using, and read up on exactly how their
system works, and if any fees apply. May times, if fees
apply, the casino will cover the costs in the form of a percentage
bonus on the deposit, as they do with NETeller and FirePay.
